    » Project plan and team assigned for the complete life cycle of the project.

    » Using SolidWorks convert conceptual design in comprehensive 3D designs

    » Design package drawings issued for sub assembly manufacture and ordering of parts from suppliers

    » Design engineer complete 3D model of entire cell to check robot reach and critical information

    In House Development

    Our team, plan, evaluate and develop…..

    » Electrical design issues complete drawing package.  All electrical cabinets are built & tested in-house.

    » When all components and hardware arrive the grippers are assembled, wired, piped and tested in-house.

    » After the system is assembled on the workshop floor our programmers get to work programming the system this could include, robots (on and offline), plc, hmi, vision system, conveyor tracking, safety plc, vsd, servo drives.

    » The client attends a Factory Acceptance Test in our Mullingar facility. Testing confirms the system meets the URS & FDS specification documents. With client approval the system is signed off and ready for shipping. By completing a comprehensive FAT the time spent on site for the installation and commissioning is reduced greatly.

    On Site Install

    We now make it work……

    » With the FAT signed off the system is stripped down and shipped to site.

    » Installation is carried out to the 2D & 3D approved layout drawings

    » Commissioning & Test runs are carried out with a production ramp plan put in place with the client.

    » During the commissioning phase the training takes place. Training is given by the project manager or engineer to operators, maintenance technicians and automation engineers.

Our clients are involved in every stage of the process from design review meetings to progress meetings and attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), as a result when the system arrives in their plant to be installed they already have a very good understanding of the complete solution.
