Robotics and Drives Services have developed a Cobot Palletising Cell for the dynamic palletising of cases or boxes. There is now a huge industry for collaborative robot systems in manufacturing, handling, packing and more.

This is why RDS has developed a standard solution for cobot palletising which can be integrated into any cobotic production line. The generic design of this cell allows it to adapt to any factory requirements that are in need of such technology integration.

Our Palletising Cobot can be programmed to stack pallets with boxes or cases in any manner and any pattern required. This RDS original design can also be developed further and can handle the palletising of two pallet zones which can be of huge benefit to your production time as it cuts the downtime in half. The system can be set up to palletise one pallet zone, and when it is full and requires unloading, the cobot can continue to palletise the other pallet zone.

Having a collaborative robot cell means that the need for safety fences, light curtains or safety scanners can be eliminated, not only reducing the cost of the cell, but reducing the footprint as well.
